FAQs at The Vantage Point
HOW DO I RESERVE THE SPACE FOR AN EVENT?

To book a date please call us on  09062740729 or fill the online booking form to enable us get back to you. You will also complete our Rental Application and Agreement along with a deposit for at least 50% of the rental fee and a refundable damage deposit of N50,000 only.

The balance of the rental fee is due not later than 1 month prior to the event. Events booked within 1 month to the event are required to pay the full rental fee at the time of booking

HOW CAN I CHECK TO SEE IF A DATE IS AVAILABLE?

Please give us a call at 09062740729 or fill the online booking form. You can also submit a request for additional information via an email to thevantagepointng@gmail.com.

WHEN CAN WE TOUR THE SPACE?

We are happy to invite you to a Tours of our facility. You may schedule an appointment Monday through Friday between 10am-6ppm. Tours can also be arranged on Saturdays by appointment only. Please contact us to set up an appointment to see The Vantage Point in person.

WHERE CAN I FIND PRICING INFORMATION?

DO I NEED TO HAVE ALL MY EVENT DETAILS DETERMINED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING? WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER I RESERVE THE SPACE?

We do need to know basic information like your event date, estimated guests, and approximate start and end time. You can determine other details as the planning evolves. Our Center Manager will be available by phone or email to answer any questions throughout your planning process. You can request to schedule a time to come back in to discuss additional details and plan various elements of your event at any time. We will schedule a formal Vendor planning meeting 2-4 weeks before your event to go over timelines, catering details, bar selections, and floor plans.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All deposits and balances paid are non-refundable 30 days to the event. Pls get a copy of our cancellation policy to learn more.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN THE VANTAGE POINT ACCOMMODATE?

Depending on your event, we can seat up to 1000 guests in a banquet setting and 2500 for a theater seating arrangement. We can conveniently host events from small to large number of guests

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

YES! Our parking lot will contain 200 cars within and in front of our venue. Aside the surrounding streets, there are also a couple off road parking within walking distance. We are in a serene location and have an ample amount of parking options compared to other locations.

ARE THERE HOTELS NEARBY?

Yes, there are several hotel options nearby. Please contact us for more information on your needs. We will link you to the hotel directly for specific details and rates where we have a relationship.

DO YOU HAVE ADEQUATE RESTROOM FACILITIES?

Yes, we have 11 spacious and highly comfortable restrooms for both male and female attached to the Event space. This is inclusive of 2 disabled toilets and a space for diaper change for Nursing mothers

WHO IS MY MAIN CONTACT AND HOW MUCH WILL BE THEY BE AVAILABLE DURING MY PLANNING? WILL THEY BE THERE TO OVERSEE THINGS ON THE NIGHT OF MY EVENT?

Our Center Manager is there every step of the way! You are welcome to call or email us throughout your planning. They will hold your finalization meeting to coordinate details with you and your third party vendors. Our Center Manager is on-site the day of the event from beginning to the end.

CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN CATERER?

We have a preferred group of caterers that can accommodate a wide range of taste preferences and budgets. You may also decide on a caterer who does not currently have a preferred status with us.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CATERING RELATED FEES THAT I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?

No, but all vendors including caterers are required to pay a cautionary fee. This will be discussed during the Vendors meeting. Rental items for food service beyond what has been provided may be arranged

I DON’T WANT TO SERVE ANY ALCOHOL AT MY EVENT, IS THAT A POSSIBILITY?

Of course!

DO YOU HAVE A RECOMMENDED VENDOR LIST?

We maintain a list of vendors on our website that we recommend choosing from based on their past performance at events. If you’d like any suggestions, don’t hesitate to ask. However, you will be required to submit all vendor contact information at least one month prior to your event. Feel free to contact our Center Manager with any questions regarding your third party vendors.

DO YOU HAVE ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE VENDORS THAT WORK IN YOUR FACILITY?

We require that any vendor working on-site during your event (i.e. caterer, etc make a cautionary deposit and attend The Vendors’ meeting prior to the event. We require orderly co-ordination while on our venue with a register of their staff submitted on arrival on the Event day.

WHEN WILL MY VENDORS HAVE ACCESS TO THE SPACE? WHEN WILL I HAVE ACCESS?

We allow an 8-hour rental of our facility for events. Vendors are welcome much earlier to set up for the day. We do allow 1- hour after the event for all vendors to leave the Venue. Additional party time may be granted for a fee on a case-by-case basis, depending on our event schedule.

DO YOU HAVE AN OUTDOOR SPACE?

Where additional space for an event is required, we may consider the parking lot within the venue for this purpose. Kindly discuss such needs with our Center Manager to know what is possible.

WHAT OTHER FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE ON AT THE VANTAGE POINT?

A have a meeting room, a Celebrants Lounge and a changing room all with restrooms enclosed. We also have a dedicated spacious catering area with restrooms, grilling and drinks section and changing area for the servers. For uninterrupted Power supply, we have a stand-by generator to ensure uninterrupted power suppl

WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE AT THE VANTAGE POINT?

We have a standard first aid box with materials to enable us apply first aid in case of minor injuries. We   are safety conscious and are compliant with the Lagos state fire service Certification. We have multiple exits, fire extinguishers in the relevant places and an assembly point.
